Fabulous Sportswear was established in 1984, what began with a couple of sewing machines, has grown to include Melmar Knitwear established in 1994, and Wassef Group's newest production facility named Fabulous Knitwear established in 2009, has grown to be one of the largest manufacturing factories in Egypt.

 

These three production units in separate locations have a combined space area of  130,000  M2, with a total workforce of over 4,000.

 

Knitting

An in-house factory enables Fabulous Sportswear to produce all types of fabrics, allowing the company to conform to its customers needs while keeping up with foreign market standards.

 

Cutting

A centralized cutting area allows for easy input and output of fabric from the warehouse with efficient distribution to production.

 

Sewing

Having several production halls, each dedicated exclusively to one direct client, allows time efficiency and planning to facilitate the production process, thus leading to an output of over 1.2 million units per month.

 

Printing

Having both digital and piece printing machines, gives Fabulous Sportswear the capability of printing over 12,000 pieces a day.

 

Embroidery

Tajima 12 machines ranging from 9, 12, and 15 colors. (with sequins options) Fabulous Sportswear has the capacity of embroidering up to 12,000 pieces daily.

 

Packing

Fabulous Sportswear offers its clients two methods of shipping its garments, either flat-packed or in hanging containers.
